A Twisted History
The Twisted Fork started out as a brainchild of the executive chef at Woody’s Grille & Spirits. The executive chef was experimenting with different foods and putting a “twist” on some classic dishes as a creative outlet. We realized that this creative take on traditional dishes was much bigger than an occasional special, and thus The Twisted Fork was created.

Our executive chef has trained in Chicago and learned how to use simple ingredients effectively to make exciting dishes. From Mom & Pop restaurants to high-end cuisine, our executive chef has honed his skills through years of experience in crafting amazing cuisine for dozens of restaurants and eateries.
