Eclectic and classic cocktails aged three to eight weeks in oak barrels and named after past poets in homage to historical creativity. We attempt to match the character of the cocktail to the qualities or region of it’s namesake.
Served on “The Rock” (a large square cube of ice) with no mixers and no garnish, just the spirits aged in wood. Availability will vary, as supply is limited.
